On the morning of March 24, in Hai Phong, the handover ceremony of Baudouin 12M33C1500 engine for tugboat 01 took place between Baudouin Vietnam and Pacific Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company - one of the largest shipbuilding units in the North

The representatives of Baudouin Vietnam, the representative of the Pacific company, the representative of the Vietnam Register,  Vietinbank and many famous shipbuilding and design companies joined this event.  In the presence of distinguished guests, the two sides signed the handover minutes of the main engine 12M33C1500, officially marking the long-term cooperation relationship between Baudouin Vietnam and Pacific Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company.

At the event, Mr. Farbien – Baudouin Sales Manager for Asia Pacific region introduced the Baudouin engine brand and outstanding product lines for the marine industry, including the Baudouin 12M33 engine. Possessing many outstanding advantages, strong dynamics, high durability, fuel economy, meeting IMO Tier II emission standards, it is the perfect choice for ships in the high-end segment such as tugboat No. 01

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Vu Hai - Deputy Director of the Vietnam Register also highly appreciated Weichai's product range and Baudouin brand. At the same time, he shared about the difficulties and challenges facing the maritime industry in reducing emissions, required engine manufacturers and shipbuilders to join hands to protect the marine environment.

On the handover ceremony, General Director of Pacific Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company, Mr. Le Doan Tam expressed his confidence in the quality of Weichai Baudouin's product lines and the long-term cooperation relationship between the two sides. 

The handover ceremony took place successfully, the Weichai Baudouin engine brand has been affirmed in the Vietnamese marine market, In the coming time, Weichai Baudouin will constantly improve and upgrade products to bring to more products suitable for the Vietnamese market.
