1. Actively respond to and strongly support the Chinese Government's request to win the Blue Sky Defense, and make full efforts to prepare the products in line with the emission regulations.

2. Open collaboration, close cooperation, strengthen the road country six and non-road countries four stages of technology, industry, talent and other resources cooperation and sharing, multi-win.

3. Build a platform, actively cooperate, deepen the industrial chain collaborative innovation, accelerate the key parts and components, engines, complete vehicle and other advanced technology breakthroughs and high-end process development, fully promote the domestic landing, to achieve high-quality development.

4. All participate in enterprise commitment, strictly abide by the requirements of laws and regulations, resolutely do not manufacture, not sell, do not buy, do not use products that do not meet the emission standards.

5. Consciously accept public supervision, not false, not conceal, in accordance with the provisions of timely, full disclosure of relevant environmental information enterprises, to resist all illegal acts.

6. Accelerate the upgrading of stricter China emission standards, and work together with the Government and enterprises in conditions where they are in place, taking the lead in implementing the highest phase emission standards.
