On September 17-19, 2018, Tan Xuguang visited Stanford University again, this is his fifth visit in two years.

On the afternoon of September 18th, local time, Tan Xuguang met with Professor Jennifer Wydem, Dean of Stanford Mechanical College. The two sides further explored the cooperation project and decided to announce it during the year.
During this period, Tan Xuguang went deep into the Silicon Valley to study and research the innovation ecology, and visited a number of unmanned and artificial intelligence companies to lay out the future high-end technology development of Weichai.
