On April 25 2003, Shandong Heavy Industries Group and Kawasaki Heavy Industries held a symposium at head office of Kawasaki in Tokyo, Japan. The two sides reached a consensus on further expanding the field of strategic cooperation. Yasuhiko Hashimoto said that the current development of hydrogen energy industry is becoming more and more popular, which is an important direction for energy transformation in the future. It is hoped that the two sides will actively explore high-level exchanges and cooperation, jointly promote the development of hydrogen energy technology and industrial cultivation on a global scale.
