This day, very unusual, today is the party's 97 anniversary birthday, we also ushered in the reform and opening-up 40 years.

I remember, on December 31, 1977, I carried a small yellow bag and it was not easy to enter Weichai. That year, I was 16 years old. When I entered the factory, my master gave me the "first bucket of gold." I spent ten years learning to build a tank engine.

Ten years later, in 1987, the reform and opening up of the heat, the party and enterprises sent me to the forefront of reform and opening up - foreign trade companies. I remember, I took a "crown" packet and entered the Canton Fair for the first time. My dream is to export to 30 million US dollars a year. This is my biggest dream. We have a small group of young people, and we have come abroad at the forefront of reform and opening up. In ten years, we have achieved a foreign exchange earning of 60 million US dollars, become the first in the Chinese machinery industry.

It is unforgettable that in 1998, like the state-owned enterprises in the country, we faced many difficulties and the enterprises faced bankruptcy. At this moment, the party and the enterprise pushed me and my team to the front line of the enterprise. In the face of difficulties, facing bankruptcy, we achieved reform breakthroughs in the spirit of breaking the wrist. Since then, Weichai has moved toward the broad road.

In 2005, we seized the opportunity to successfully acquire the Hunan Torch Group. Our dream of having the world "power heart" and having a powertrain is achieved in one step.
I remember that on May 8, 2008, it was an unforgettable day for our Weichai people. General Secretary Xi Jinping walked into our workshop and talked to our workers. Before he left Weichai, he said: "I hope that you will make persistent efforts and create new achievements." We remembered the Weichai people, we worked hard and seized the opportunity of the global financial crisis at the end of 2008. We did not shrink, but moved toward The world has achieved a series of strategic restructurings. Since then, an international Weichai Group has been born.

On March 8 this year, General Secretary Xi Jinping participated in the Shandong delegation's deliberation on the government work report.
