Weichai Power and Foton Motor Sign Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement

On August 8, 2020, Weichai Power and Foton Motor signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at the Weichai Power headquarters in Weifang, Shandong. Weifang government leaders,  Mr. Tan Xuguang - Weichai Power's Chairman , Mr. Zhang Xiyong - Foton Motor's Chairman and other leadership representativies attended the signing ceremony.

In the past 20 years, Weichai Power and Foton Motor have conducted in-depth cooperation in various fields from a single supporting heavy truck to passenger cars and construction machinery; from a single supply of engines to the provision of golden powertrains for engines, gearboxes and axles According to the cooperation framework agreement, the two parties will give full play to their respective advantages and carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of diesel engines with 2.0L and 2.5L displacement.
