On the morning of April 27, 2023, during a visit to Japan, Chairman & CEO of Weichai Power , Mr. Tan Xuguang visited and meeting with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa.

Mr. Tan Xuguang had a meeting with Mr. Michiyoshi Furutono, president & CEO of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engine and Supercharger, a member of MHI group, specializing in engines, turbochargers and energy system management.

The two sides had an open and cooperative working session. The two presidents shared their admiration for each side's history and achievements and wished to cooperate with the principle of win-win, expanding the development of the supply chain of engine components to meet the challenge of upgrading emission and improve the thermal efficiency of internal combustion engines globally.
