In Hong Kong, on June 22, 2016---Weichai Power Holding Co., Ltd. (「Weichai Power」or the「Company」, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Code: 2338; the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Code: 000338) announced that on June 21, 2016 central European time, Weichai Power's overseas subsidiary KION GROUP AG (「KION」) and Dematic Group S.àr.l. (「Dematic」) shareholders signed an agreement, to acquire all stakes of Dematic Group S.àr.l. Thisacquisition deal will be paid in cash, with total transaction price of approximatelyUS$2.1 billion, and after completion of the transaction, KION will obtain all stakes of Dematic.
