The research evaluation is aimed at 6,300 national high-tech enterprises that are still in the province's effective period by the end of 2017. The evaluation data sources include high-tech enterprise operation monitoring data, high-tech enterprise application data and high-tech enterprise annual report data, and research and calculation of enterprise innovation ability from three aspects of innovation input, output and performance.
